Online Surveys - Survey Monkey

We frequently use online surveys in our department to help create and streamline our curriculum; figure out what activities worked well, what didn't, and what we should change for next year. Sometimes, though, the differences of opinions can make using the results very tedious. Has anyone else found similar findings when using a survey, and if so, what have you done to correct it?
