ISLLC Standard 5

According to the above standard, we are to understand principles related to leading teams effectively and building trust with team members. In our building, several of us have used the Strengths Finder 2.0 by Tom Rath, and the Change Style Indicator developed by Christopher Musselwhite and Robyn Ingram. Has anyone else used these indicator styles, and how has it helped or hindered your workplace?
